Reservations

1. All our reservations are subject to these General Booking Conditions. Deviations are only possible in incidental cases and if confirmed in writing by Mallnbach Apartments.

2. The client is jointly and severally liable for the fulfillment of all obligations by himself and all fellow travelers resulting from the booking confirmation.

3. We only accept reservation orders from persons who are eighteen years of age or older. Reservations by persons under that age are therefore not valid.
   
   Reservation order and payment
    

4. Every reservation order is confirmed by Mallnbach Apartments with a reservation confirmation by email.

5. Within 1 week after receipt of the reservation confirmation the down payment (of € 150,-) must be paid. The remaining rent has to be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival. Reservations made less than 2 weeks before arrival date require full payment.
   - For group bookings, different deposit conditions apply:
   Within 1 week after receipt of the reservation confirmation the down payment (of € 150,- per apartment), must be paid. The remaining rent must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival date. Reservations made less than 4 weeks before arrival date require full payment in full.

6. In case of late payment Mallnbach Apartments is entitled to cancel the reservation.

7. In case of late payment, Mallnbach Apartments is entitled to cancel the booked accommodation. The cancellation conditions are then in full force (see article 3).
   
   Cancellation by the tenant

8. Cancellation must be communicated to Mallnbach Apartments by e-mail or telephone. After receiving the cancellation Mallnbach Apartments will send a cancellation confirmation/notice within 5 days. In case of cancellation, the refund rates listed below apply;

• Mallnbach Apartments recommends that you purchase cancellation insurance.

  •  up to 3 weeks prior to arrival 100% of the total rental price is refunded

  •  after 3 weeks prior to arrival no refund of the rental price

•  in case of a group reservation (2 apartments or more) different cancellation conditions apply. This will be discussed when booking. 

  • up to 5 weeks before arrival 100% of the total rent will be refunded

  • after 5 weeks prior to arrival no refund of the rental fee
    
    Changes by the tenant
    
    9. If the tenant wishes to transfer to another apartment or to change the rental period, this is possible up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period of the booked accommodation, subject to availability. If no apartment is available in the desired period, the conditions for cancellation by the tenant as set out in article 3 apply. Should the desired rental period be shorter than the already reserved period, then for the difference in rental days article 3 for cancellation by tenant is fully applicable.
    
    Liability of the lessee
    
    10. During the stay in the accommodation the renter is fully liable for the rented accommodation, its furnishings and all items belonging to the rented property. Any damages caused by the users (including the dog) of the accommodation or elsewhere at Mallnbach Apartments will have to be immediately reimbursed in full by the renter to the owner. Mallnbach Apartments has the right to hold the tenant liable if the damage caused has not, or not properly, been settled or if the costs to be paid on the spot have not been paid (in full) by the tenant. All associated (collection) costs shall be borne entirely by the tenant named in the booking confirmation. For damages and/or deficiencies which have not been reported to Mallnbach Apartments by the day of arrival at the latest, the tenant will be held liable directly above.
    11. The number of persons stated in the booking confirmation is the maximum number allowed. Occupancy by more persons is not permitted and Mallnbach Apartments has the right to refuse access to the accommodation if occupancy by more than the permitted number of persons occurs.

  • Mallnbach Apartments assumes no liability for loss, theft, damage or personal injury of any kind.

  • Obvious errors or mistakes in the description or prices of the accommodation offered by Mallnba
